This course is taught to undergraduate students doing BSC in Zoology at KAU.
During this course students learn the descriptive and comparative embryology of the different classes of
vertebrates beginning by Amphioxus as a cephalochordate.
Students in this course are also introduced to artificial fertilization methods and test tube babies.
By the end of the course Students also learn about teratology and
congenital malformations.
